Biscornus Pincushions

This model is from the book "La Passions des Biscornus". The two were one biscornu but I made 2 separate cushions.  I found the Biscornu model HERE FREE.

This was made with 40 count cream linen 1/2 DMC 498, 817 & 317. I used some antique buttons and made a flower from ric rac ribbon.

This biscornu was stitched on 32 count flax 2/2 DMC 317 & 318 and antique pearl buttons.

This pincushion I made with scrap fabrics using a tin can of mined clams. The tin was deeper then a tuna can. I used a piece of felt around the can with fabric over it using a glue stick and added lace and antique pearl button.

Porcelain Shoe Pin Cushion

While posting all my photos that I had collected over the past few months I found this porcelain shoe pin cushion which I had made. I jogged my memory and come to think of it I can not find it anywhere in my house. Boo hoo.

Bottlecap Pin Cushions

My very first bottlecap pincushions. They turned out great.
I embroidered them and put Swarovski Crystal Elements, beads and pins to top them off.
