Point De Croix Fabric Covered Box

I found this free pattern while doing a search. I made it into a sewing box. I tried to get every angle possible. I used 22 Count Aida Fabric and DMC 3750. I used all vintage buttons in one frame and novelty buttons in the other. I made a miniature skein of thread and added twisted cord of the same color, swarovski crystal and Vintage Postcard Paris Novelty fabric. It came out beautiful but some of my cuts were off. This is my very first box. Because of that I ordered Martha Stewarts' Scoring Board which cuts down to the cm for cardboard boxes and making cards.
